In order to provide a regular and reliable service to our customers as well as prevent dirt build-up, your property will be cleaned in all types of weather, as long as it is safe to do so.
Please note, weather conditions are not an acceptable reason for postponing our services.
We guarantee that the quality of your clean will not be affected by rain or poor weather conditions as the equipment, solutions and purified water we use are designed to use in all weather.
In extreme weather conditions that can become a health and safety hazard for our workers we will aim to postpone the service for the next available slot.

We will always schedule the cleans for a specific day and often a specific time slot, asking you to allow us access to the property.
In case of us being unable to access any part of your property/premises due to restricted access we will only clean the accessible areas.
If it’s safe to do so our operators will try their best to access your property even when you are not home. If there is an underlying reason for us not to do so, please contact us via email so we can keep that information on our records.
Due to insurance liabilities we will be unable to move obstacles such as flowerpots, garden furniture etc. If any items are restricting access to an area of your property we will be unable to clean it. We are not always able to return and clean the restricted area before the next scheduled clean. To avoid this, please ensure safe access is available on the clean date.

We are fully insured with Public Liability up to the value of £5 million for both, commercial and residential properties.
Supreme Clean Services Ltd will not be held responsible for any damage done to your property/premises prior to our cleaning. We will inform you where possible of such damage prior to commencing. We do not accept liability for damage caused by defects on property/premises.

Commercial clients are required to make the payment in full within 30 days of the cleaning date unless disclosed otherwise.
Residential clients are required to make the payment in full before the next clean is completed.
Please note - we do not accept cash payments.
If you struggle to make a payment, we completely understand and are happy to discuss it with you. Just contact us via phone, email or the Contact Us page.
If you fail to make a payment after 2 reminders, Supreme Clean Services reserve the right to suspend your services.
If we then fail to receive balance owed within 90 days from the clean being compleated, we will pass your details on to a collection agency making you liable for all related charges, collection agency fees and court related fees. We strive to avoid these complications as much as we can so please let us know of your situation sooner rather than later.
If we scheduled a clean with you while there’s any building works going on, restricting us from working at the premises, we reserve the right to charge you the minimum agreed price unless you have informed us about it at least 3h prior to our arrival.

We do not accept liability for damage caused by decorative or structural defects at your property.
That includes ill-fitting windows, doors, fascias, guttering, window/conservatory trims, unsecured windows and doors, leaking seals, loose stuck on lead, decorative bars stuck on glass, rotting frames, flaking paint, open/broken trickle vents, etc.
Scratched window sills: Over time your upvc window frames will start to oxidise and slowly lose their colour. Your windows sills will be the most effected. When we are cleaning your windows our brush head which is made from soft plastic with nylon bristles may remove some of the oxidation. This may look like scratches but in fact it’s just where the grey oxidation has been removed. We will not be held responsible for returning your windows back to “as new” condition.
Scratched glass: The brushes we use are specifically designed for window cleaning and are made of a soft plastic head stock with nylon bristles, to avoid anything sticking to it. There is nothing on the brush that could potentially scratch your glass. There are no metal parts on the brush. If you feel that we have caused damage to your glass we will bring over a brush and ask if you can scratch the glass again. If you succeed we will pay to replace the glass.
Cracked glass: We do not clean windows that have broken/cracked panes as water may seep through or the glass may fall into the property.
If we are asked by you to bring our water hoses through your property we are happy to do so, but accept no liability to damage to the property.

Please note that due to economical reasons, we may slightly increase the price of our services over time. We will always inform you of the change prior to the clean.
If there’s any structural changes made to your property that potentially can change the price of the clean, please let us know prior to the clean and we’ll provide you with a revised quotation.

We offer a 48h guarantee against majority of the work carried out. If you are not 100% satisfied we will come back and re-clean free of charge. To qualify for a free reclean you must contact us within the 48 hour time period.
To report a problem with your clean please drop us an email or give us a call and we will book a re-visit as soon as we find available slot.
A call out charge may be applied if we return to re-do the clean and we find it wasn’t our fault - eg. the inside of the windows that are dirty when you only requested the outside or someone has made a mess straight after we finished the job.

Working according to the correct Health and Safety measures is always a top priority to us. In case of hazardous conditions arising, we will not carry out any work until the hazard is prevented and it’s safe to carry out to work again.
If we need to enter your neighbour’s property/premises to clean your windows please confirm via email that you have their permission.

If you decide to cancel our services please notify us by telephone or email , found at the bottom of this page, as soon as you made that decision.
We require a minimum of 24hrs notice before the next clean due date otherwise we reserve the right to charge the full price of the clean.
For one-off specialist services, we might require a deposit from you prior to the job start as we secure a specific time slot for you. If you cancel the service within less than 24h, it’s almost impossible to reshuffle our work and find anyone in your times lot, therefore we might

Supreme Clean Service Ltd reserve the full right to refuse any jobs/work. If payment for the job was made in advance, we will contact you regarding a refund.

As a part of our service agreement, we sometimes take images of the job while we are there. The images are for business use only and will never be taken inside or at the back of your property without discussing it with you prior to us starting. The images might be use as a proof of service provided or for advertisement purposes.
