When do we come?
We work on 8 weekly rota. We send you a confirmation text before we come so you can always let us know if that date doesn’t suit you and then we can move the clean to your preferred date.
What do we use?
We value all new technology that helps us to improve the quality of our service and that is why we use the latest system instead of climbing up the ladder for most of the jobs. That way, with better outcome, we also reduce the hazards. Using the extendable water fed poles we can tackle even the worst dirt and get to places that are least accessible. We don’t use any chemicals. The ultra purified water that we provide has the TDS Level of 0 and it is 100% eco-friendly. It has no minerals in it and therefore it leaves the windows cleaner for longer. As a fact, our purified water provider is also supplying the exact same water to pet stores to fill up the fish tanks.
How do I pay?
However you want. Cash, bank transfer, cheques. We don’t take contactless just yet but we are working on it. We are also more than happy to provide you a receipt or an invoice. We are very easy going on that and even have some clients paying to us in euros :)
What if I miss a clean?
We absolutely understand if you have to miss a clean. But due to high demands to our services and limited schedule, we can only keep consistent clients on. If you miss cleans, the dirt builds up and it becomes harder and harder to remove it. If you miss two or more cleans, we will remove you from the rota and mark you as an inactive client, which is absolutely fine. And if you ever want to come back to us, just let us know and we’ll happily put you on the rota again.
Do I get a guarantee?
Yes, there is a guarantee with all of our services. If you feel like you are not satisfied, feel free to let us know and we will happily do our best to suit your needs. We always say that for the first 2 days after the service, you have 100% guarantee. Any problems after that are usually caused by other factors like e.g. the window getting dirty again.
