What’s included in our service?

All flooring

Hoovered, mopped and polished all tiles, stone, laminate and wooden flooring included.

Walls

Dusted, cobwebs and possible stains removed.

All surfaces

Window sills, staircases, skirting boards and all other built-on/in surfaces.

Built-in Cabinets

Both kitchen and bathroom built-in cabinets, will be cleaned in and out.

FAQs

Do I need to be at the property during the clean?

We only require somebody to meet us at the property before we start, just to re-asses the job. During the clean, we prefer the occupants not to be present for maximised efficiency. There is plenty of strong chemicals that can cause harm if used without training. We also tend to clean the house as a whole, so to avoid any inconvenience we prefer to call you when the job is completed so you can check if you are satisfied with the outcome.

What classifies as End of Tenancy clean?

It is a one-off clean where we come on one day and do a deep clean of your whole property. The property must be fully emptied of any belongings/furniture that won’t be staying in the property for the next occupants.

What’s not included?

Specialist services like oven clean, professional window clean or professional carpet clean are not included in the quote but available to book in alongside. We have a group of individuals trained to clean
